The women who moved us

Leni’s is a love letter to movement, self-discovery, and the women who made it all possible.

Named for our founder’s grandmothers, the studio carries forward their spirit: strong, warm, and full of heart.

Their story begins in a small village in Greece where the two Elenis were neighbors. Both immigrated to the U.S. in the 1960s, and reunited 20 years later when their respective son and daughter married.

Their beloved husbands both adoringly called them by the nickname Leni. Leni’s Pilates is a nod to all four of the founder’s grandparents, who hold a special place in her heart.

The values they instilled are evident in our mission - to create a community where every member can feel powerful, confident, and cared for.
